Keeping yourself fit while working remote
Remote working has changed how we view ourselves being fit. This has put a lot of focus on how to stay fit.
Below are some tips to stay active while being remote
Weekend biking for about 2 hours
Get a decent road bike, yes it costs $, but its well worth the money spent. Warm up and get going with steady pace. Focus is to enjoy the ride and later on, once you have put in miles, focus on speed.
Pull ups and push ups alternate days
Get a decent pull up bar from Amazon which you can fix it on the door frame. Warm up and get to 5 reps, its hard but with practice you’ll get there. Similarly push ups, get as much as possible in the first set.
Walking during rest days
Take a walk during rest days to keep yourself active.
This is not the end, this is just the beginning on the road to being fit.
